How many gifts can I wrap with 15ft of wrapping paper?
With 15ft of wrapping paper, you can usually wrap approximately 7 small gifts, 5 medium-sized gifts, 3 slightly larger gifts, or 2 large gifts.
How much is shipping?
For any order over $100 Shipping the shipping will be free, we cover it. For other orders, shipping starts at $7.99 for a 6ft roll and $9.99 for a 15ft roll. Additional items cost $2 each for shipping for the same roll length, e.g., two rolls of 6ft wrapping paper will cost $9.99 in shipping.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, we offer order cancellation within one hour of order placement.
Do you allow returns?
Yes, we do offer returns within 14 days of product delivery, unless the product is personalized/customized for you.
Is the paper rolled or folded?
All of our papers are shipped rolled up.
How is the paper shipped?
All wrapping papers are shipped in sturdy cardboard boxes, rolled up and protected in plastic sleeves.
Can you expedite shipping?
Unfortunately we don't offer expedite or express shipping at the moment.
Do you offer a discount for bulk orders?
Please contact me directly to discuss any bulk order.
Is there anything else I need to do before ordering?
** PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR ADDRESS IS CORRECT BEFORE ORDERING. **
Our orders are fulfilled automatically, going into production immediately. Once an order is in processing, we cannot make any address changes. You will need to get in contact with USPS 1 (800) 275-8777 or the respective shipping company and have them re-route your package for a fee. If package is returned to us due to incorrect address, order will be re-shipped at buyers expense.

What can I do if my shipping is delayed or lost?
Crumbs Gifting is NOT responsible for:
- Delays with US Postal Service or UPS shipping
- International Duties or Customs Charges
- Lost, damaged, or marked delivered items.
